You made an interesting point and i guess you are right.However i think Pakistan need one big hitter batting down the order and since they aren't playing Akmal up the order , they should really replace him with Moeen Khan who does a fantastic job down the order.

They still got players who are big hitters, just not as much as Afridi and Razzaq. I think Youhana can also hit the ball big and so can Inzi so they might play a positive role for Pakistan later on in the inning.

Zaheer deserves five, he's bowled stump-to-stump, he used his brains and not just instinct and even worked up some pace. The average is not impressive, but thse pitches favour the batsmen a lot more, so it's not too bad.

Pakistan bring up the 100 in only 13.5 overs. This is not good for India. India really need to start picking up wickets and stop those runs from coming if they want to win this match.

I feel that a wkt should have something for bowlers too, these pitches are tailor made for batsmen and pacers really can do very little on such pitches.

Forget about Balaji's five wides, the Pakistani bowlers bowled 30 no-balls and wides! Hopefully the Indian bowlers won't go that far- they can't afford to.

Sohail says that Kaif needs to work on his batting and can't stay in the team on his fielding alone- he must work on sixes and fours at number seven. But will he get too many chances at 7? With less than 10 overs left? When he's one who takes his time and doesn't score in big shots? No doubt he should work on the big shots, but that's not his game.

And thats out! Salman butt gone, LBW to Kartik in Kartiks first over. Sohaib Malik the new batsman, another big hitter. If he is gone early then Pakistan will really be under pressuer then.
