Maybe 3-4 hrs b4 the game. I see this series as a Movie with suspense, drama and action

Now is half-way stage, Intermission - Usually story changes so thus the contemplation of a chase win possibly by Pakistan so the ending (ie, last 2 matches) provide the full value of this Movie :cool:

Out of form- a far cry from his form last year in Pakistan and SL.

Besides, he was never that great- just very good for a mere understudy, until the selectors made the mistake of playing him as a strike bowler for a long time.

Indians hyped all there bowlers when they burst on to the scene.First zaheer and nehra were said to be the new wasim akram now poor pathan has been called the new akram.He seems a shadow of the bowler he was last year maybe people have found him out or maybe he is not bowling well

Comming from an Indian fan its sad.


Anyway i predict an indian win, as i think Pak will be under pressure at Ahmadabad coz of their security concern at the venue.Also i think Indians will pull up thier socks and will come up with much improved performance.


Sehwag and Doni gotta fire :) and hopefully 2 batters among Tendulkar,Ganguly,Kaif and Yuvraj are going to get big scores. If IKP is played he should be ask to bat higher the order.

There comes a time when a couple of good performances coupled with lots of mediocrity is actually just the occasional good performance rather than being consistently out of form.

I have given reasons for Pakistan being under pressure, the match on Ahmadabad was always going to be tuff for Pakistan even if they had been 2-1 infront rather than 2-1 behind due to non-criketing circumstances

IKP is terribly overrated.
Calling him the next Wasim Akram was the worst thing anyone could have done for him - as the las may have started to believe his own press.
(though he will be avoiding his press these days...lol!)
He has the capacity to develop into a very good bowler (great is questionable) but whether he will do it now is another matter.
One great ball (the rip snorter to Gilchrist in Syndey) does not a bowler make.
The "hooing" and "haaing" we the fans and the press seem to be making these days over every half decent bowler who comes along is only further indication of the general paucity of talented fast bowlers in world cricket.
