Rohit. No, I'm not joking.Barring Chepu, who are notable performers in domestic circuit to be considered after 3 tests if this misery goes on.

There used to be a time when I thought Vijay, KL Rahul, Pujara, Rahane, DK etc were all really good batsmen. Now, watching them play chase a score of 194 you have absolutely no faith as an Indian fan. Maybe they need to flush them all out and start looking at the likes of Shubman Gill and Prithvi.
Not at all an overreactionWe need whole sale changes if these batsmen fail in this series. Like after Australia, 1999.
Tbf, it's not about the lack of runs, he looks like he has no idea which end of the bat to hold. Dhawan for all his flaws has looked way better. And if Shikhar ****ing Dhawan looks way better than you in overseas conditions, you need to look in the mirror.Rahul has stunk it out, but think he deserves another test especially as the alternatives are ****.
It's not. Tendulkar had Dravid, Laxman, Sehwag. Where are Kohli's batsmen of the same calibre? You can't win tests abroad with batsmen who aren't good enough. We have to look forward if we see certain batsmen are not good enough. Not at all an overreaction
Has he never played A games for ind in eng?Tbf, it's not about the lack of runs, he looks like he has no idea which end of the bat to hold. Dhawan for all his flaws has looked way better. And if Shikhar ****ing Dhawan looks way better than you in overseas conditions, you need to look in the mirror.
If they are, Prithvi Shaw should be drafted in right away.Is India A still in England?
I've noticed it with many players. Kumble's hat comes to my mind.Wtf? Stokes hat looks disgusting. Like someone has jizzed into it for years and he hasn't washed it.
Yeah this scenario would be perfect for Vijay 2014, current Vijay though? What's depressing isnt the lack of technique. Kohli hasn't really improved his technique all that much either. He looked **** in the first innings, and even this innings hasn't been all that comfortable
It's just the ability to grit it out, somehow. Honestly Hardik Pandya impressed me with that. He's probably got the worst technique and least actual batting skill out of the Top 7, yet he ****ing toughed it out. He got some luck but he kept fighting. He didn't try to hit his way out of it, he didn't try to get on top of the bowlers. He just got behind the ball, the best he could, and stopped it.
Why does our top order lack that. Rahul tried this innings, bless him, but Vijay and Dhawan both were guilty of just not being willing to bat ugly
