You know, I've never rated him as a batsman either. I just like the look of a 3-2 bowling attack, especially when at least two among them can hold a bat (Bhuvi+Jadeja).

I think Pandya provides some really valuable hitting ability down the order, which the team sorely lacks. He isn't great but he's more valuable than Jadeja imo.

I like two spinners as well, which is why I'd pick two proper ones instead of Jadeja. Pandya allows this luxury.

Holy shizzers, Kohli's live ODI average is 59.87. Mental. Assumed it might have been around 53ish for some reason.

Without wishing to labour the obvious, India will find NZ a tougher proposition this Southern Hemisphere summer.
