In any case was a marginal decision ,so could have gone either ways.Depends on where the frame was stopped on replay to judge from here.

I'd have said not out in real time as I don't think from where it hit his pad one couldn't be sure it wouldn't go over, but kudos to Rauf for making a ticklish call first up.

Na, if they are going for it send Kohli in and tell him to go for it like a one day match. You'd rather have Dhoni in later if they need to block up than Kohli.

Let them play out the initial 15 overs first and then can perhaps promote Bhajji first or tell Kohli to go for it.
