*Official* India in South Africa

That was Sree's first maiden of the test and only his second in this series. Great start. Build up the pressure and hopefully the pitch will do the rest.

Yeah that's quite worrying. India is bowling decently but the pitch isn't doing much. Would bring on Zaheer to see if he gets some swing.

You shouldn't really be moving Laxman from number 5 at all. Ability to bat under pressure and perform a rear guard/counter attack innings is very rare. It is not a question of talent alone. Dhoni has some, but Laxman has it in spades. India need these two coming in at 5 and 7 for at least two more years. Laxman will probably last only another year with his constant back problem.

Pujara is capable of playing at number 3. So he should be playing at number 6 till Dravid retires or is unable to score consistently, and then move up. During that period Pujara's replacement (Kholi, Raina, Sharma, Rahane or Mukund or whoever that is) should already be touring with Indian team.

I'm starting to tire of Ghambir's frequent injury troubles. The guy is made of glass.
