Looking better for us. Maybe Smith should be fired and Prince given the captain's spot permanently.

Kemp brings up his fifty with a four. Great innings. SA 193/7. I think they'll get between 220-240.

Not for ODI cricket, I think that South Africa should hand it to Shaun Pollock to be honest. He was amazing when he was captain, averaging about 40 with the bat and 20 with the ball and he never really deserved to be sacked.

More discontent in the South African ranks though, some in fighting between captain and convenor of selectors.

Harbhajan taking a beating aswell now, he shouldn't be bowling this late in the innings. Not against powerful hitters like Andrew Halla and Justin Kemp.

If we get a seaming track in the next match, drop Bhajji and Agarkar. Play Zaheer, Pathan, Munaf, Sreesanth and Kumble.

I definately think Smith should be replaced as captain. If Pollock is made captain it could be just what he needs to rejuvenate his test career.

I agree, Harbhajan has bowled pretty poorly here and given the batsman some net practice really so they could work into form for the slog overs. Agarkar was poor at the start but let's see how he will go at the death.

Zaheer and Kumble's good work has been completely wasted.

Now we'll have to score big-time with the bat ...

Pathan is one of the worst death bowlers I've ever seen.
I havent seen him bowl a consistent line in a long ass time. He's turning into another Agarkar....random wickets from random bowling.

Lorgat seems to know what he was doing, judging by what's happening now. :)
You won't be saying that if Hall goes at 7 an over. . I quite like both Andrew Hall and Andre Nel but it's very poor to have your convenor of selectors selecting players that both the captain and coach are unhappy about, no disrespect to Hall intended I'm sure. Smith just hasn't been making runs as captain, he was appointed when he was too young and the job should be given to Pollock, mainly because he plays both ODI's and Test's whereas Prince isn't very good at either form of the game.

Pathan's last over cost 19 with Kemp taking two sixes and a four off him. The Indians are cracking at the death and are making it hard for themselves to chase down this total.

Can't believe the score we have after the start we had. Wonderful batting by the tail. (As usual?) :)

Full toss, not good from the Indians.
Kemp firing on all cylinders with turbo boost. :D :D
