***Official*** India in South Africa

International Captain
This is what I say India's plan should be tomorrow(Excluding Rain)

If India can go to lunch, without losing more than 1 wicket, we should go for a win and try and score 100 odd in the second session without losing many wickets, and launch a attack in the third if Dhoni comes in.

If India lose 2 wickets before lunch, just go for the draw

Look, I know its hindsight and all, and I REALLY don't like complaining about umpiring decisions so I'm not going to complain about Dravid's one, but all I'll say is I just thought it passed the edge and I was shocked when Boucher appealed and Ravi Shastri IMMEDIATELY said "Yes he's got him now" or whatever, so I just assumed he hit it and I didn't hear.

I wasn't that surprised to see he didn't hit it. Just one of those unfortunate circumstances in cricket where the bat hits the pad and it sounds like the batsman hit the ball. Sucks.

Twice in the same match our best batsman given out wrongly. Dunno how many teams can survive that IMO.
Same thing happened to us at Perth :p

Well, it's the weekend tomorrow, so I shall indeed try and watch as much of day 5 as possible.

How much time have we lost here? ie when was it meant to finish?

I'm not sure if I want to see our batsmen try and fight out the draw or just take the easy way out with the rain. Perhaps the latter in this case because the umpires have ruined this test.

I would bet the over on that one wicket 10/10.

Bloody hell the people on cricbuzz are annoying. Along with the usual bunch of idiots there's one guy who keeps saying "sachin out".

Yeah had it not been for the unfair decisions that were made against India, I would've wanted India to fight for the draw.

I don't know about the umpires having ruined it, but I wish a couple more decisions had gone the right way (in both sides).

But its not soemthing you can control, and India do have a lot of blame to take on themselves.

But Dravid is the one player who could have kept the match in India's favor...and it sucks to see him out to two bad decisions in the same match.

With that said, its still upto India to make the most of it and things like Sehwag being a complete walking edge-machine doesn't help.

India 1-1 Tests

Don't hold out much optimism really of SA disposing of India all that effectively..

Wow, you actually picked a 1-1 draw at the beginning of the series?

Yea, its part of the game. And probably lost over 100 overs total in this match so far I think.

Is this the first time you've noticed that? Here's the typical cricbuzz dialogue ... (although you do get good score updates and a few guys who give quick reports)

gkv76: dot
dadarocks: scg will score a double ton today
vandematram: OUTTTTTTTTTTT
dadarocks: out? OUt?
gkv76: no one out, plz ban false commentary
cricfan: i predict a wicket in the next over
enddulkar: indians are cheaters, sachin shud retire he's useless when it matters
cricfan: love u nandhini!
indiarules: he will be not OUTTTTTTTT
gkv76: great shot by jaffer

How did the umpire make a mistake when Pietersen's stumps were rattled? :p

You do realize Saf wouldn't have even made 250 in the first innings if the obvious decisions were given. Take out Dhonis inning, and India still would have scored around 220-230.

Leys see if rain helps india for a chnage... i won't have my hopes up thou.
Only 2 possible results now.. RSA win or a draw. A draw would be pretty good for india... shame about umpiring thou.. it just ruins the match.
