The Wheel is Forever
Mate, you watched the game, then went to sleep and you're back. In the meantime, I've been here and have another 100 posts.adharcric said:That's ridiculous.
Thats not ridiculous, thats commitment.

And I'll be here for tonight's game, and during the day too.silentstriker said:Mate, you watched the game, then went to sleep and you're back. In the meantime, I've been here and have another 100 posts.

Last week, I took a peek back into the earlier days of CW (since when I've been here) and noticed a trend. Me, you and Turbinator have all taken the same path: we started out with Indian trollish reputations and eventually gained some respectability. Obviously, you went crazy along the way with 100 posts a day.silentstriker said:IMO that average would be much much higher if you take away the first couple months where I barely posted, and people thought me a troll.
When did that happen?adharcric said:Last week, I took a peek back into the earlier days of CW (since when I've been here) and noticed a trend. Why visit two separate cricket forums?nightprowler10 said:Haha.
SS's posting average is absolutely insane. More than 23 posts per day! The most I average is just over 4 posts over at Planet Cricket and average 2.6 here.
Have you ever been there? Its nothing like this one. CW is all about cricket discussions and enjoyable pissing contests, whereas Planet Cricket is at the forefront of cricket gaming. The sorts of breakthroughs people (mostly kids) have made over there in editing AI configs have blown my mind. I don't think there is a cricket game out there I could justify buying if not for PC.silentstriker said:Why visit two separate cricket forums?

Correct. EA and Codemasters are in their debt as far as I'm concerned.silentstriker said:Do you mean video games?
Ah, I don't really play any cricket games..so that would explain it.nightprowler10 said:Correct. EA and Codemasters are in their debt as far as I'm concerned.
Yeah, really no point in posting there unless you're into gaming. Cricket Chat over there is quite dire for the most part barr a few informed posters. The mods have to rule with an iron fist as expected since the forum is filled with early and pre-teens.silentstriker said:Ah, I don't really play any cricket games..so that would explain it.
Like the time he missed the not-so-difficult stumping of Prince and then failed to take a ball that came right into his gloves while Sree was already appealing?Turbinator said:Also, Dhoni has looked remarkable in this series with the gloves.
