That's ridiculous.
Mate, you watched the game, then went to sleep and you're back. In the meantime, I've been here and have another 100 posts.

Thats not ridiculous, thats commitment. :p

And I'll be here for tonight's game, and during the day too. ;)

IMO that average would be much much higher if you take away the first couple months where I barely posted, and people thought me a troll.
Last week, I took a peek back into the earlier days of CW (since when I've been here) and noticed a trend. Me, you and Turbinator have all taken the same path: we started out with Indian trollish reputations and eventually gained some respectability. Obviously, you went crazy along the way with 100 posts a day.

When did that happen? :p

Did you notice that without me, the thread just dies down? I usually watch the morning session in the TV room, and maybe one page has been posted. BUt as soon as I come on and start posting, everyone joins in.

Haha.

SS's posting average is absolutely insane. More than 23 posts per day! The most I average is just over 4 posts over at Planet Cricket and average 2.6 here.

Why visit two separate cricket forums?

Have you ever been there? Its nothing like this one. CW is all about cricket discussions and enjoyable pissing contests, whereas Planet Cricket is at the forefront of cricket gaming. The sorts of breakthroughs people (mostly kids) have made over there in editing AI configs have blown my mind. I don't think there is a cricket game out there I could justify buying if not for PC.

Do you mean video games?

Ah, I don't really play any cricket games..so that would explain it.
Yeah, really no point in posting there unless you're into gaming. Cricket Chat over there is quite dire for the most part barr a few informed posters. The mods have to rule with an iron fist as expected since the forum is filled with early and pre-teens.

Turbinator

Cricketer Of The Year
Went out with friends for the day so wasn't on CW much.

Anyways, very disappointing day for India :( . I just hope we come out strong tommorow and somehow force a draw, or else all the hardwork that was put into the first test will go to waste.

Hopefully tommorow we can contain them and then our openers can stay at the crease for atleast 15 overs. And then Dravid and one other batsmen play a steady inning.

As far as RSA go, they should look to really accelerate tommorow and get a good solid lead as fast as possible.

But there was one thing I noticed in yesterday's play. All the RSA bowlers were bowling hard and short. This was certainly very well the line to bowl because it seemed to work. While our [Indian] bowlers failed to do so, is it because of the lack of pace?

SS you do realize the only reason this thread lights up is because you post 10 posts every 3-4 mins.

Also, Dhoni has looked remarkable in this series with the gloves.
Like the time he missed the not-so-difficult stumping of Prince and then failed to take a ball that came right into his gloves while Sree was already appealing?

He seriously needs to start making runs because otherwise, wats the point of picking him over better keepers?
