In real contest Dude, Wake up its is 50+ ODI's against 25+ ODI's and 9 Test matches to 5.....It does tell enough to know who have won the real games in 50 Yrs...

Neil nothing ever hurt me more than losing the Karachi Test to England ever, seriously man that was bad and only coz a bad captian Pak lost to england.....
and in the next series the defeat At Lords was terrible...coz the cricket that i have been following tells me that there is not ground in worldthat favors the Pakistani style of play in test cricket more than lords.....The short Square boundries encourage attacking stroke play of pakistani players and the slope from one end of the ground encourages the fast bowlers to keep on running in fast and try to get some thing off the wicket coz of that sope. so at Lords Pakistan shoudlnthave lost

Well I know that Neil but the question is do our Pakistani brothers know that ? How many of them are willing to accept that England is a better team than Pakistan and the if we use the logic of Bouncer even WI is better than them.

Its a young side, lots of talent. Hopefully, in a year or two Pakistan will be a consistent, formidible side. We rely too much on flair and individual form/performance....the old side..with Waqar and co., however was going nowhere...

I have nothing against English battig line up, my point is that if moin was in his mind then there is no chance of england getting close to the target, for the most part he didnt even think about this game going that close, remember when Hick and i think it Atherton were batting he kept on afridi and i think Saqlian where as everybody knows WHO to give ball to when Hick comes on to Bat

And then, when he eventully gave him the ball Waqar gets rid of Hick in his first ovar and the very next ball, Moin Drops an easy catch of Nassar Hussain. So more than England's Batting that defeat was due to the Poor captaincy of Moin Khan (there are other reasons for him for ignoring waqar whcih is a saperate topic and i'd love to get some neutral opinion on it from u guy some other time).....

and SANZ dude if u dont want to goby the ICC rankings then lets just get some opinion of non Indo-Pakistani members of the forums and ask our SOUTH AFRICAN, NEW ZEALAND, AND AUSTRALIAN Members that out of these three teams(Pakistan , England, and WI) who would be they consider more capable of beating their sides on any given day This should tell us who They (non Indo Pakistani and non ENGLISH, WI) peopel think of three teams.



My logic works for India Pakistani cricket very well since both countries stared playing as saperate countries at around the same time (ie after 1947), how can u apply it to england who started playing about 65 Yrs. b4 Pak and WI who were alreadya force in International cricket when Pak stepped in to the international cricket.l:rolleyes:
