Nah, the radio is actually ahead of the tv, not the other way around.

Trying to find a way to delay the stream. Trying to run thru VLC, anybody have any ideas?

Heh, as much as I think Guptill should be playing for New Zealand, it's hard to deny that he looks like a club player when Ryder is in this kind of form.

Ah, bugger. Yeah, that's harder to figure out!

Hmm, early call from the Cricinfo commentator.
3.2Mohammed Shami to Ryder, FOUR, he's seeing it so good today
Steady on! This was the fourth ball Ryder faced.

Hope he's right, though.

all arguments aside, this is another horrible innings from Guptill. Whatever message he's getting from the management, I think it's the wrong one.

He needs to play like it's a t20.

One thing I really like about ACC in comparison to TMSofa, is that they're actually hooked into the sound mic in the middle.

Guptill is just a horrible player. It's something people need to face.

You've got a guy who is 16 from 9 without taking any risks and striking fluency. You've got another guy who is 4 from 20, having faced 18 dot balls who can't get off strike when he gets on. Meaning despite a strike rate of near 200 from one batsman, our RPO for the first five overs is less than five.

Argh, Ryder is going to get out soon because he really has no choice but to bat in cbf mode when Guptill is this constipated.

So Ryder, chasing a scoring rate that was effective and trying to get the plan, has now chased a ball that he wouldn't normally hit, except for the fact that his partner starved him of the strike for the last five overs and meant the momentum he was adding was wasted.

He needs to understand that he's not a good enough player to take up so many deliveries. He suffers so much from early career success that has led himself and his teammates to rate himself more highly than he should be rated.

He should bat how Ronchi bats - he knows he's essentially a slog merchant and he understands that's his most likely mode to success.

So the plan is:

Ryder goes and smashes everything.

Guptill doesn't hit anything.

It's the exact opposite of what should be happening. Ryder is a test quality batsman. He knows how to leave good balls. He knows how to construct an innings. He's not a slog merchant. Guptill is.

Ryder just needs to learn to bat for himself and not gie a **** what the muppet down the other end is doing. His biggest concern is that if he turns over the strike, he won't see the strike again for another over and all of the momentum he's trying to build is squandered. Undoubtedly he takes it on himself to keep NZ near a six an over run rate and Guptill just makes it mean he needs to hit everything to the fence.

Where are the people defending Guptill now? Even if he went on here and scored say 60 from 85 balls, this is a horrible innings that puts us well behind in a game that we need not only to score par, but accelerate past that in order to ensure DWL doesn't kill us.

Yeah yeah, we get it already. Go yell at the clouds about Guptill.
