yeah. On this road, bowling first was the only chance any team had of forcing a result.WAG.
If only we had bowled NZ out for a lead of 300 or so, I think we could have chased this.
I think what happens is that he only gets asked questions about the Indian team and what they did wrong because of the overwhelming Indian media. When you read quotes in articles it seems like that's all he ever talks about but yeah, he's pretty decent at giving credit to the opposition.where are the people who keep going on about how Dhoni doesn't give credit or w/e to the opposition? lol
Well they obviously won't comment given he did give credit to them today. He was a lot less gracious in defeat in the ODI series and was fairly criticised for it.where are the people who keep going on about how Dhoni doesn't give credit or w/e to the opposition? lol
WTF....HELL NOI think what happens is that he only gets asked questions about the Indian team and what they did wrong because of the overwhelming Indian media. When you read quotes in articles it seems like that's all he ever talks about but yeah, he's pretty decent at giving credit to the opposition.
With Newzealand just about a twenty runs ahead and five wickets down in the second innings and a very new ball in the hands of his most successful fast bowler, why would you bowl with no slips, no gully, no one close catching anywhere, a long on, a deep mid wicket and a deep fine leg . . . in a TEST match !!Dhoni has to be the most defensive Indian captain since Sunil Gavaskar. This Indian side is a revelation. For the young and inexperienced side they are, this team has not performed badly but one gets a distinct feel that with an Aussie or a South African leader they would have performed AND produced results.
India need a new captain in Tests more than they need in the odi's.
