Horrible from Fulton. Seems a guy that has long periods of great form (where he overcome the large flaws in his approach to at least score runs on flat home tracks) by long periods of terrible form - hasn't scored any runs for Canterbury this summer either.

Hate that Taylor and Williamson in with all the pressure on them so early again.

speaking of dean brownlie doully, he's one who should open domestically imo. KW, Taylor and Baz could all get ducks here and there would still be no chance of him making the middle order.

Should still win but I'm really hating this.

I don't want Latham in too young but it's getting to the point where we sorta have to chuck him in.

this is why we will always be middle table at best until we get good openers. kane can't save the top three every innings.

the careers of rutherford, latham, guptill, raval, flynn and others will decide whether we are a good team or a really good team. every middle order batsman who isn't quite good enough should move up to open if possible. brownlie should definitely try one spot higher.
