Looks more like a combination of piss poor bowling and Rahane's epicnesstthan the pitch easing out. Can't really say for sure, so we'll have to wait and see.

Pitches with grass are good for playing shots, so around 4 an over with it being Lord's outfield is the run-rate I expect to see for the rest of the game.

Most of the England bowlers really are flattered by their figures. But it could be even more flattering if England bat properly tomorrow. Massive toss to win despite England bollocksing things up.
