3.79 , considering the pitch Im pretty impressed with that , its really slow , the ball not coming on at all so playing shots is very difficult.krkode said:The run rate's gone considerably slower, though...
By Aussie standards.. :saint:
Rubbish , the Indians had quite a few let off's aswell & Hayden's one wasnt out.CDAK said:This y I said earlier, neutral umpires are not always neutral when India asks questions.( I know many over here will disagree)
Mark Waugh was ordinary against India in 1999 , I think you mean 1998 when he made 153 at Bangalore :PIn 99, itwas Mark Waugh
But he was out on the prevoius appealing, but denied. So nothing to worry.Rubbish , the Indians had quite a few let off's aswell & Hayden's one wasnt out.
I think amit's absence has nothing to do with 6/514. it may be the consequence of Niel's warning (a few pages ago.).Probabaly he might have left CW.iamdavid said:6/514
I note Amits has mysteriously disappeared
When did all this occur? Mark Waugh's highest Test score is 153* as David pointed out, and his highest score in the '99 Indian tour of Aus was 51*. If you are talking about ODI's, his highest is 173, but that was vs. West Indies.CDAK said:Regading Mark waugh, I was talkig abt AUS's Indian tour( in which mark made 177, 158,.....). [/B]
I didn't mention about India's aus tour, but the reverse (1998/99 season).Adamc said:When did all this occur? Now, Aussie may face more challenge from the young **** team and Srilanka( THey can do better than this Indian team against aus)iamdavid said:This is the best home series Ive seen in my lifetime , really in the last 10 years only 2 sides have come to Australia & even looked like challenging us , the Kiwis in 2001/02 & the 2003/04 Indians.
