Who could possibly imagine that the bloke who has barely managed a single game without getting injured for two or three years would break down if selected without a warmup game.

Very good on the eye test.
Conversion rate has been outstanding for the last 2-3 years.

Starc is on the field because Hazlewood is off it. Which might be concerning, because Australia might desperately need him to be bowling. Cummins continues.

cricinfo source- is it wrong? Or is he back on the field..he's only bowled 2 overs which is unusual.

Directly behind the keeper though. That is unique imo. I know about fine third man but directly behind in a straight line
