yeah this is absolutely true

i think just what trundler (with respect) doesn't get is that harris was exposed at test level due to certain fundamental deficiencies with the way that he plays and it was painfully obvious that a) the mountain of runs harris made on going back to FC were made with no change to those very same fundamentals and more importantly b) those deficiencies were going to be mega exposed in ingerlund especially

All I'm saying is Khawaja deserved to be axed and Harris deserved a run.

Ehh, renshaw's made a ton of county and shield runs, I think he's ready for another go. Whiteman's also been fantastic in the shield for the best part of 3 years. Neither of those two are warner or khawaja level but their decent. Jewell is also coming along nicely.

he's not a test standard wicketkeeper. india also had Dravid- who was a part time keeper, but great batter. But they always had a specialist wicketkeeper in the past e.g. Mongia or Dhoni, Saha etc

this is what happens when u put a no.3 batsman into a wicketkeeping role.
