Not quite FTB. You'd expect most batsmen to have a worse average after taking out minnow matches.

Bell's record is strange. For a couple of years he was awesome, apart from that he's been decent at best. But he can score tough runs, contrary to popular conceptions.

No ball supersedes the wide as you can't be stumped off a no ball. If it is both no ball and wide, it should be called no ball, as I recall (though it has been a while).
