11/0 off 3 overs. Not bad. Australia haven't really created a chance and LBW was a stupid one to review
Shouldn't have played the way he's bowled so far.Get hazlewood off now
As I’ve said this we’ve bowled a whole lot of junk.Fair bit going on early. At least we aren’t going ultra straight.
I arrived.As I’ve said this we’ve bowled a whole lot of junk.
Makes me feel sick!!Disgusting isn’t it?
IMO Anderson hasn't bowled worse than Robinson. Tongue probably unlucky and as much as I am against sentiment Jimmy is one of the few who deserves Ashes send off imo.Got to wonder if sticking to thebest sidebessies XI is the way to go... :
Anderson : 4 wkts @ 76.75
Ali : 6 wkts @ 64.50
everyone else for England who's bowled and taken a wicket average smidge over 30 (30.20, Tongue) or under. Ali is averaged 23.40 with bat in the series but thanks to a 54, far from brilliantly made and near half his series runs. Pope the only batsman not to average 34+, Woakes, Ali and Robinson all averaging around the 19-23 mark
Starc, Cummins and Hazlewood have taken 44 wickets between them, Wood, Broad, Robinson and Woakes 51 between them, 12 apps for England quartet, 10 for the aussie trio. Warner with average 25 the lowest of the aussie batsman averages, Crawley surprisingly most runs so far in the series ahead of Khawaja and needing just 8 more now to reach 400...
That 5-fer was good for England. Had he gone 1/100 I reckon he might’ve been dropped.Shouldn't have played the way he's bowled so far.
The bgt was retained in the second test itself. 17 was a competitive series this wasn't.Last two BGTs in India weren't one-sided at all...? India obviously won but both were highly competitive series.
