I always here bits of the Monday Night Club on my way to and from the gym. I have no idea what Sutton adds to football coverage. He is seemingly no better informed than any random punter, says any kind of generic rubbish, and says it so slowly that it takes half an hour for each pointless sentence to be completed.Someone should let that prick Chris Sutton know.
From what I gather from when I have the misfortune to read him or hear him on the box, he just appears to be some part of regular group think of ex pros, but with even less insight.I always here bits of the Monday Night Club on my way to and from the gym. He's actually significantly better when he's a pundit on English football as well. His role on Sky and other media when he's doing Scottish games is basically just to troll Rangers fans.I always here bits of the Monday Night Club on my way to and from the gym. Your boys don't do tap-ins, do they.
To be fair this is based on seeing him on things like Football Focus when I've left the TV on and he comes across as sensible and not a massive troll.Sutton is shite on English football so god knows how bad he must be on Scottish if he's significantly worse.
we didn't do goals full stop until last month so this is a nice welcome U-turnYour boys don't do tap-ins, do they.
I get it but I'll forever have a soft spot for Savage after his tweet when the whites won promotion in 2018Unusual to get such a high level of agreement on the football thread, credit to Sutton for uniting everyone.
However, going out on a limb here.........he's still preferable to Savage who makes me instantly either hit mute or change radio stations.
