At this rate Everton fans are going to be bemoaning the 10 point deduction because it will stop them from qualifying for Europe.

Astonishing stuff at The Etihad. Maybe the confidence boost that should give the Palace players after their miserable form lately will be even more significant than the point gained.
If Palace ever get relegated nobody will be happier than City

Do you reckon the deduction has driven better results from them? They were doing okay before it tbf

They'd actually been doing really well away from home anyway. The deduction basically wiped away all their points earned on the road up to that point.

Where it's helped is that it's detoxified the atmosphere at Goodison because it's been a lightning rod for the fans' anger which was previously being directed at the board and players.

Having this game on in the background while I am making rice is interesting as ****.

I prefer to watch it on Telemundo. Heart pumping action with that commmentary team.

Also, I’m sharpening my Español skills by watching most of the stuff on tv this way.

It’s a weird one, but if you don’t want to get sent off you could maybe just not abuse the ref.
idk man should have then sent him off straightaway then instead of 2 yellows for the same play of events

Nunez did the same and didn’t get anything either. this is the most blatant eg of a ref wanting to be the center of attention post match because he knows the match was **** and there was nothing else they could talk about

didnt he also get the original call wrong which is what ticked off Dalot lol?

He was solidly home reffing all game with tackles and free kicks. Tried his best the last 10 mins to manufacture a goal. 2 yellows in 10s is BS. Yellows for diving is supposed to be a thing and he didn’t give a blatant one earlier.

He's nothing special, but peak Kante would be overworked in this side ffs.

United will be spirited initially but as long as Liverpool score first then it will likely be a massacre. Lets not forget United have been pushovers at Anfield for a long time anyway.

United can't really park the bus anyway even with the best of intentions with all their injuries , something like the below will likely be the line up.

LOL.

Onana—AWB—Varane—Evans—Reguilon—Amrabat—Mainoo—McTominay—Antony—-Garnacho....Hojland...
Turns out they could park the bus haha well done United

A very poor match and MOTD rightfully had it last this evening!

Liverpool were very poor in the final third, United were more resilient than usual and Varane was top but nonetheless terrible result for Liverpool.

I see Ian Wright is stepping down from MOTD which is a huge shame as he was a very engaging authentic pundit. :(

That result had been coming, LFC's attack the last month has been woeful.

Going to be very intrigued to see how they react against Arsenal. Will more than likely decides if they're genuinely in the title race or not.

As for Wrighty that is a shame, he's off to SkySports so you can bet he'll end up insufferable with his agendas like Neville and co.
