****ing linesman an utter ****ing disgrace, this tie should be over, we're so losing the home leg now, incredibly angry, it's just incompetence.

Not close or difficult decisions either.
The Reid one was given fairly early so the defence and attacker may have been aware, and one of our players was offside even if he wasn't remotely interfering with play, but the one to take us 4-1 up wasn't even close, game over too.

Reid was played well onside due to the defender on the other side of the pitch. The two players involved might have seen the flag and possibly reacted differently, but the actual offside decision itself was a real howler.

Oh trust me, I'm not saying it wasn't awful, just think the first one was much worse, and in the end the much more pivotal decision.

Reasonably entertaining day in the end despite the Turgid One's latest attempt to kill football.

Where's wpdavid? Is he the type to be drunk after the Palace result?

Congratulations to Monaco, French title all but sealed unless they somehow contrive to lose their last 2 games 10-0.

Back now, and still sober due to a family day on the coast to celebrate Mrswp's birthday. Yup, massively relieved. Sounds like Hull imploded in the first couple of minutes, which must have helped.
