BARNES OUT
Liam Noble is a gigantic wanker.
Far worse losing a play off final than a cup final there. You feel sick and get taunted by happy opposition fans, least with a cup match it not make or break but another season down is gutting.I hope GIMH has packed some sleeping tablets to nullify the journey home (unless he's driving of course). It's the most depressing it's possible to be as the result of sport. Not only a crap journey out of Wembley but the prospect of a long winter ahead.
I hope he is lying. It's a final and De Gea is the better keeper. If he plays Romero and he lets in a soft goal, or doesn't cover mistakes, or play a blinder and the team loses Jose will get smashed by the media and fans. Especially if there's a chance he's going to RM he has to play IMO.Jose said Romero plays barring injury - pointed out De Gea would get a winners medal anyway as he played in 2 of the group games
Aw jeez.Super White Army!
Been saying it since the WC. He hit a cliff and went from good to shite in a way I don't recall seeing before. He has had his best matches when given time and space against the bottom clubs. Will he get that at Everton, or in the Championship? I could see MLS or China happening. He wont cut it in MLS but he's a name that might sell. His biggest problem is that he is unaware how far he has fallen. That "the new Paul Scholes" reference he made is hilarious. Seems like a whole bunch of the media have rose colored glasses on with him still though.Rooney is a seriously average footballer. I don't see him at another Prem club or dropping down the divisions to any great effect - or even the MLS.
Commiserations mate, won't say it's the worst feeling in football, as obviously getting relegated into the ****ing dire division is, but it's close same result, though. At least , unlike when we lost, you didn't take the lead. Think though next year with Forest Green and lincoln going up you should have a clear run, Leyton Orient are dead and buried, the monkey-hangers maybe a threat though.Nah **** this sport
Aye, that's the hope I guess. Not watching the Luton-blackpool match obviously, but yeah our match could be carnage, not gambiring here, but think Carlisle could score 5 here in this leg alone, but they're leaky at the back, ad counter-attack is our thing. There could easily be another 10 goals before these two ties are over.
