Surely you Arsenal fans want Spurs to keep winning, be more pleasure for you seeing them get close to Chelsea and fail in the final week or so.

Great day for Palace, with Hull and Swansea both losing and Middlesborough only drawing at home to Burnley. Not sure what's happened to Swansea lately, as I thought they looked quite respectable a few weeks ago. Anyway, now we need to take advantage at home to Arsenal on Monday.

Well that was awful on so many levels, late kick-off, terrible team selection, poor performance, horrible snide team and manager to lose too, auto-promotion hopes gone, and precarious for the play-off, whilst a win would have had us comfortable.

Still at least I had a nightmare week at work to make up for it. Gawd this post is a bit EMO, I'll be you-tubing Sisters of Mercy vids in a minute. Actually I think this vid was shot in Newport.

Tranmere scraped a win I see.

The Greens secured a Play-Off place in League 2 and mathematically need 4 points from 5 games to gain automatic promotion. Realistically I can't the team who finishes 4th getting very near to 78 points.

Tranmere then. Where did that come from?
We've bottled a couple of games from 2-0 this season, and nearly have on a couple more instances. At 2-0 we missed a penalty and the clock strikes 45 with us still two up. If the ref blows up there, who knows, they go in knowing we've a shaky record of being two up, the crowd get a bit nervous and then...

Instead Stockton got his hat trick in first half injury time and we just ran riot.

And while it was a lot of fun (a lot!!) it could be hugely significant. Before the game today Lincoln could afford one defeat. Not anymore. The GD is in our grasp.

We've two tricky fixtures next though. If we clear them, I think we'll win the title.

Also a big shout out to the Lincoln fans on Twitter who are crying that it was matchfixing

Also realised we're guaranteed at least a play-off spot. I don't want that, but having failed to do so last season it's nice to have that safety net with five games to go

When did the conference become 24 teams?

Was looking at the table thinking it was pretty much in the bag for you guys.

Think you asked me the same question about 24 teams last season. Been a little while now - possibly since the north and south divisions were brought in

Sometimes you have to love Mourinho and the way he trolls clubs, sometimes even his own club. Spent the last week criticising various players in his squad and today makes Fellaini captain.
