I reckon he's only below the genuine superstars like Aguero, Sanchez, Ozil, Hazard, Costa, Zlatan, KDB etc. He's probably similar talent-wise to guys like Mkhi, Mahrez, Coutinho, Willian, Eriksen, but is having the best season of that bunch.

So yeah, he's great. Would certainly start for every team.
