So when does this became an actual thing rather than just a way for me to make fun of the Wilshere fan boys on twitter?
Totally agree with this, would take all of your back 4 (if fit) ahead of any of the Liverpool defence, also your keeper too.Yeah, I agree and without wanting to be accused of Arsenal-itis, I do think now they've lost Suarez the average quality of our players is just a little bit higher than that of theirs.
I imagine most people would take most of the midfield as well.Totally agree with this, would take all of your back 4 (if fit) ahead of any of the Liverpool defence, also your keeper too.
I was probably overstating things, But I don't think you could really say any of Ramsey, Ozil, Cazorla would struggle to get into the Liverpool side (current form notwithstanding). Not so sure about that. I'd probably go with
Chesney
Debuchy Kosc Mert Gibbs
Gerrard
Ramsey Henderson
Sterling
Sanchez Sturridge
But that's still 7 out of 11 Arsenal players and leaves out more good Arsenal players than Liverpool ones.
Always suspected Gimp was a hipster glory-hunter.what time is it on?
Twice as exciting seems oddly specific, but fair play for not going with "added bite".Really excited for the Classico tomorrow. Suarez potentially debuting makes it twice as exciting for me.
I think Cazorla is the better player at the moment because of his consistency - which is where Coutinho struggles (probably age-related) - but I think Coutinho has quite a higher ceiling. When he is on form he just dominates the game. Dribbling, passing and lots of work-rate. I think once he manages the consistency you'll see him rated as one of the best players in the league. He's like a more technical, less pacy, version of Sterling. How do people think Coutinho compares to Cazorla? My first thought is I'd prefer Coutinho since he's started running around a lot more.
I think you guys have kind of marginalised his role by bringing in - or having - so many similar players. Always rated him one of the best attacking midfielders and was jealous when Arsenal got him.I think Cazorla is strangely underrated these days tbh. Last season wasn't as great as his first and he's not on the Sanchez/Özil level but hes a bloody phenomenal player. Actually plays really well in the middle and does a fair shift in terms of defensive work too, which he's almost never credited with. Obviously he's far from amazing at that sort of stuff but he's never a passenger.
