Anyone read Adrian Durham's The Invincibles proved to be the worst thing to happen to Arsenal? Good god, the troll is obvious.

Damian Martinez in goal for Arsenal tomorrow night. Hopefully he'll have a better time of it than he did in his last first team run out.
I remember the same thing happened before and we needed Stuart Taylor in goals. We won, so good omens for tomorrow.

Rojo wasn't marking empty space, he was holding a defensive position mindful of the attacking players in front of him from what I can recall, any pass angled to his side of the pitch he was well positioned to deal with the attacking threat - I did say he was generally weary of any pass to players around him, which should've (though not clearly I'm afraid) have indicated that there were attacking threats in that area. However for the first Jones was isolated, the only attacking threat in his area left him for dead and found a rather convenient gap which Jones should've reacted to - its not like he had to hold position because others were attacking that space, Sessegnon was the only threat around. In contrast, if one argued Rojo should've covered for Jones on the 2nd, the space Rojo vacates had an attacking threat in it, and the attack would've gone through that space instead.

If Berinho has timed his run to beat the Shaw-Rojo attempted offside line, then that makes that goal even better play by West Brom, i'm happy to put that one down to intelligent attacking, though Rafael was still poorly positioned.

Stuart Taylor was actually a really decent goalie imo. Not quite sure how he didn't make more of his career.

He trolls everyone but the chip on his shoulder about Arsenal is embarrassing and this comes from a non Arsenal fan. He must do your head in at times with his anti Arsenal agenda.

Did you see Taarabt's Daily Mail interview? Shows pictures that basically prove he's not overweight at all and Harry made the whole thing up. Then gives some very believable info on the complete lack of cohesion in training. Also claims that Redknapp doesn't come to training sessions so wouldn't know whether he's fit or not anyway.

I mean, he's clearly an awkward character, but Redknapp's entire career is built on getting the best out of players like that. Really looks to me like he's lost the plot.
Without having read any response from Taraabt, it smacked of the typical 'arry move of throwing his players under the bus to make himself look good.

He's even worse than James Lawton who is famous with Arsenal fans for referring to Pires' dive against Portsmouth in every article he writes about us.

He used to really grate with me. But he's soooo obviously trolling these days he's basically become a pastiche of himself. Easy to ignore him now.

Haha yeah I mean come on, who listens to Adrian Durham? He wrote an article about how Steven Gerrard should have moved to United.

His exchange with Carragher on Talk****e was incredible though.

TBF it needs bringing up all the time, it was that disgraceful..

Taking my current hypocrasy on football to a new level, my dads friend Steve is one of the best/worst people to watch football with, every other word starts with C, and the even numbered words start with F, and he never shuts up, but comes out with some classics at times. Two that got me last night were:
On Jauzaj wasting another attack down the right - 'Where the ****s he going, the weedy ****? He's ****ing lost, the ****, the little **** could get lost in a ****ing lift, PASS THE c***ing thing'

On Young coming on (and the one this post reminded me on) - 'Thank ****, now get the ball, run in to the ****ing box, and take a ****ing dive you useless ****'

Of course, I'd never condone such action, but it is all he's good for....

One thing that makes me respect Gerrard a tiny bit more was when the whole Chelsea move thing was rumbling on, and he was a pundit on a Sunday match, he coyly batted of the Chelsea questions, but when Keys asked him about a potential move to Utd, he just burst out laughing..

RVP after that Australia game in the world cup has looked like a shadow of himself. Has hardly done anything since then apart from poking in a couple of goals.
Wasn't there a strong rumor he was injured going into the WC? He looks unfit or something else is up with him.

I've always maintained Arsenal would've been better off just signing Podolski's PR guy than the player himself. He certainly contributes more.
