Frustrating draw.

Finally had some creativity in attack despite not having control of the game, but kept missing chances or hitting the bar.

And Can't defend corners this season.

Southampton pressed and passed much better than United but they weren't creating much with all the pressure. Their goal was pure Sunday league stuff, it's really embarrassing for the coaching staff that the team keeps conceding like that. Good example of the flaw with man marking too.

We were reasonable today apparently then we went down to ten men, sigh

And they had a goal disallowed. Hit the post from a penalty, taker hits the rebound straight in. Ref gives if, players celebrate, goal is announced on the official League One twitter. Linesman actually knows the rules and flags furiously; no goal and a free kick to the whites.

Made no difference, but one of those situations that you never tend to see actually arise.

Football can be so great and fans can be so crap.

1-0 down and Uwe makes two changes, leading to the standard 'you don't know what you’re doing' chant that certain fans had obviously been waiting all day for their chance to sing, followed by the more pathetic 'you’re getting sacked in the morning.' Subs made a real difference and we score 3 in 10 minutes. Glorious

Can't say I'm wildly happy, I watch them last week, and they were utterly pitiful, Pickup watches them today and they win 4-0, where's the justice?

Sterling's 'misbehaviour' isn't in the same league. Morrison was found guilty of witness intimidation.

I wouldn't pick him personally. He's barely even in West Ham's first team. Unless he finishes the season very strongly someone like Adam Lallana would be a much better pick.
Has Lallana even been called up yet?

Last season I watched home defeats against Dagenham and Rochdale; there's the justice

Today made up for it though - a really good team performance, a goal of the season contender from Davies and a fantastic atmosphere. Bring on Oxford.

Ridiculous.

Admittedly I'm biased in his favour because he was awesome for me in FM09.

Meanwhile, Arsenal continue to play ***y football. Wilshere's goal was just beautiful.

It was. And Ramsey's was outstanding too - he really is in quite some form at the moment. And the other two were beautifully crafted.

The only thing against them is whether they've played anyone good yet. Admittedly, with my memory nowadays they could have put a hatful against Chelsea and both Manchester clubs, but I don't recall them playing against anyone above mid-table.

Beat T*ttenham 1-0, tbf.

If memory serves the Chavs only draw with them too.

Think Wilshere's opener is a shoo in for goal of the season, me.

Ruddy pulled off a couple of worldies too; his save from Giroud at his near post was pretty awesome.

Haha. I didn't think Arsenal were anything special at all and were lucky to get the 3 points against Spurs but in saying that it was before Mesut ****ing Ozil had signed with them so the Arse are so much better now.

What was the reason behind Ramsey not starting? For fantasy purposes I was angry when I saw the lineups having just bought him into my squad, obviously did well thanks to Flamini's injury. Also agree with Uppercut, Lallana is quality.

Yeah Arsenal's fixtures haven't been the toughest. Chelsea might actually be in slightly better shape on two points less but having already gone to United, Spurs and Everton.
