Yeah Magath's stock certainly doesn't seem to be at a high ebb right now. From the stories I hear it sounds like he takes disciplinarianism (is that a word?) to a ridiculous degree. Bet Holtby's delighted at this appointment also,

Article on the Beeb's site says age fraud is rife in Africa. To such an extent that FIFA have introduced bone density tests to ascertain players' actual ages.

Rumour has it that Taribo West was actually 14 years older than his official age.

As if by some magical coincidence, African teams now no longer do as well at age group level.

What's the consensus among Citeh fans about Lescott? Always felt a bit wooden to me but the defence has never been the same since Mancini randomly lost faith in him after they won the title.
