I've more chance of being Chelsea's manager next season than Mourinho.

Good to see the Spurs myth getting exposed again today. Biggest flat track bullies in the Premier League.
Where do you think he will go?

Still don't know about Guardiola yet as well, hope he goes nowhere near the job.

Reckon it was one of the worst appointments a quote-unquote "big" club has ever made, he just didn't have the chops for it & to think he did after one (admittedly successful) season at Porto was an exercise in wishful-thinking. Just because one Portuguese with a god-complex is a great manager it doesn't follow they all are.
It just makes no sense to hire someone of his age if you want short term results. There's long term benefits to gain from appointing someone like him, but they were never going to let them develop.

Think De Gea's decent form, coupled with a bit more consistent defence has hit a turning point. Having Rio there is giving him confidence, and the lack of ******* dropping is giving them confidence in him. Hopefully we're over the early season melodrama's now.

All too predictable. Another so-called premiership contender flatters to deceive and fails because they can't be arsed to defend properly. Or to make their possession count. Really, you could just spit at the lot of them. Everyone's saying that MU don't deserve their lead, but actually they do because Spurs' feebleness in both penalty areas mean that they absolutely deserve to be three down.
Kinda bugs me when people say, "they deserved to win". Considering to win you have to put the ball in the back of the net more times than the opposition having 20 chances and scoring 0 doesn't mean you deserved to beat a side who had 1 chance and put it away.

The only time I think it's really acceptable is with referee blunders.

DWTA, De Gea, Ferdinand and Evans all played very well IMO. Our lack of control of the game in the first 60 minutes stemmed from further up the pitch.
Hmm they weren't bad, I meant it's pretty poor generally this season. We're quite well organised and the wingers track back but the defenders and keeper have a lot of mistakes in them and we don't have any centre mids with genuine defensive quality at the moment. No one's really bothering to defend at the moment though.

Benitez would've been great for Chelsea, could've pushed Spurs to 5th with one swift move, but offering him a caretaker job till season's end was never going to work out.

Love Spurs to do a Spurs and choke this third place away. Would be remarkable if we finished above them and it could very well happen.

Those of you who have posted here a few years ago may remember me being slightly less than pleased when the wanker Peter Johnson sacked Ronnie Moore after we had finished 7th and replaced him with John Barnes. Barnes lasted three months into the season before we appointed our physio, Les Parry.

After Parry was removed yesterday, Johnson acted swiftly; Ronnie Moore is back. Oh ****ing yes. So it's okay with you lot, I am expunging the last three seasons (this one included in that). They DID NOT HAPPEN.

Milan on course here to own the trifecta of the biggest chokes in Champions League history. Fair play the Gooners, hope they pull this off.
