Phil Dowd really gets my goat. Of all the Premiership refs he's the least capable of telling the difference between a cynical foul deserving of a booking and a slightly-mistimed challenge. Instead he just lets everything go early in the game and books everyone in the second half.

Whole thing is ridiculous, I was actually in the vaguely sympathetic towards Suarez camp initially but everything that has happened since just makes him look a total ****, which i suppose we knew anyway.Makes a good pantomime villain though that's for sure.
