 No mixed feelings for me. loved it.

Great goal as well.

Got to think it is between Barca and Inter but anyting can happen in a final, semi between Bayern and Lyon will be a hard one to call as well.

I've said since about half way through the season that this year's PL champions will be the worst title-winning side in a long while, and now that we're in April I've got no reason to change my opinion.

Hope it is not a blip to be honest, sick of the smugness of the Premiership.
Yes me too, absolutely fed up to the back teeth of hearing it. Great result tonight, a deserved victory over the two legs for mine. That said, Bayern's defence is not very good, and if they make it to the final, Barcelona will rip it to pieces.

Yep. Bearing in mind how bad we've been in the past three games (albeit we were quite good for the first half tonight), it says a lot for how bad the other sides are that we actually might win it.

Typical Germans!

Top sides are smug. It defines them. See the Bayern song posted 4-5 pages back, basically says "all everyone cares about in football is us".
Yeah no doubt, sure if I was German I would hate Bayern.

Still the Premiership has been especially bad of late especially with the ridiculous financial situation. Only Real Madrid as bad for me.

Soft red, but if he hadn't have been booked already you'd bank on it being a yellow. First half petulance cost him. Shame as he'd been great upto then..

Feel if Carrick stayed on his feet would've stopped Robbens shot, his slide out opened the perfect hole for him. Regardless of that, he was gash. needs to go in the summer.

Ah well, roll on the world cup......

Surely you can't get away with saying "typical Germans"?
I balked when he said that, too. Pretty shocking.

I think we played far better than Bayern - hell, we won the match with 10 men. Bayern had shots on target but the two that went in were goals you wouldn't expect to go in very often from such situations, especially the second - Robben's was a screamer. Carrick had a sitter, Rafael could have got us a goal with a cross and Nani could have had one or two more himself. Sadly, sometimes things don't go your way and this was one of those matches where we simply weren't good enough.

Barca's trophy to lose now, would be happy no matter who wins to be honest, don't have anything against any of the teams that I can think of. Still gutted we're out, but it's mostly our fault for being so poor in the first leg.

Must have missed that part tbh.

Fancy Inter, tbh. We showed Barca can be got at and against a less revolving door defence I reckon they're prime for the taking.

Might even back it with a few quid if the odds are favourable.
