An almost perfect first half ruined by Michael ****ing Carrick, who not only gifted Bayern a completely undeserved goal but also a healthy dose of belief. Still, if we can reproduce that kind of form in the next 45, we're going to the semis.

But as always the commentators are ****ing atrocious. Yea all over at 3-0 and now on a knife-edge. Shut the **** up you useless overpaid sacks of crap.

Wondering why that was a second yellow but Van Bommel flattening Fletcher in the first half wasn't. Either both or neither IMO. Maybe not enough United players held up imaginary cards.

In two minds, tbh. On the one hand it's obviously knicker-moisteningly funny stuff, but on the other all the teste-crushingly predictable articles about how the Prem is a bit plop now and Fatini's smug face mean I wouldn't be gutted if ManUre turn it round.

Not too fussed from the point of view that Manure simply aren't good enough to win the Champions League anyway. But am fussed about those ****ing cheating underhand scumbags making it through to the semis. Hopefully on the trip back there'll be some horrific accident involving testicle chewing piranha and several Bayern Munich players. Absolutely loathsome turds.

Oh and the decision to take Rooney off was terrible.

You need your best goalscorer on because you will get chances and given Manure's defence it was almost certain they would have needed to have taken one.

You simply have to leave him on as long as you can.

This. When the time came that we needed something special, there wasn't a thing to be seen. Didn't even look like scoring in those last 15-20 mins.

At 3-0 we should have been safe, but fair play Bayern. They've well and truly shown up our limitations when put under real pressure.
