Ah Kinkladze's actually one of Citeh's loveable foreigners though.

Neither come close to Marian Pahars.
Knew he was at City, is up there with Uwe Rosler as their mid-90s foreigners of note.

Marian Pahars is a huge gun. When i was hanging out with Latvians i was asked if i knew any Latvians...had a little think and came out with Marian Pahars who naturally they'd heard of. Took on the Le Tissier role of keeping Southampton up for season after season admirably.

So Liverpool lose 0-1 to Lille with a goal to Belgian lad (who is apparently rated very highly) Eden Hazard. A Hazard for Liverpool

I'll show myself out.

Haha, best thing Kinkladze ever did was wrap his Ferrari round the tunnel under the M56 at Hale. Especially as we sat jeering as our school bus drove past, only to break down in the other lane, completely blocking the road. A legend in Utd fans eyes for helping them get relegated twice :)

Wenger refutes links with him and Real Madrid. He would be stupid to go there. Why would he leave Arsenal, a job that he has very little chance of ever getting sacked from, to a club who is run by some douche who likes to sack managers every five minutes.

Benitez for Real, IMHO. Pretty sure he'll be off in close season and is a Real man, so it fits nicely.
Certaintly hope the mediocre tit pisses off somewhere else. Will be funny to hear him whinging about how his rivals have spent so much more money and the misfortune of an injury crisis consisting of 2-3 players getting a niggle. Oh and how the refereeing cost them a point against some relegation fodder outfit.

Well, a point I suppose, doesn't really help us, but a loss would of probably been fatal. We seem to be sorting it defensively, would be nice to score some goals now. Norwood FTW.

I can't think of a match more made in hell than Wenger and Real Madrid.
Yep. I can't think of a more nightmarish scenario for Arsene. At Arsenal, he makes more or less all the decisions, and this encompasses anything and everything regarding the footballing side of the club.

At Real he'd just be the first team coach, have no control over signings, youth development, facilities, direction of the club and would be under ridiculous pressure to win as opposed to his current scenario where it isn't an issue at all these days.

He's got it so good at Arsenal it's not funny and is seeing a really good team develop in front of his eyes. No way he's even a chance of leaving.

Yeah, was a cracking finish from Arshavin though, took it while it was dropping and just slotted it curling away from Myhill. He makes some outrageous stuff look so nonchalant though.
