Robson got them to FA Cup and League Cup finals and they only got relegated because of the flu that season.Only manager they've had who has though. Mind when the competition is Robson and Southgate......
Marcuss already used it.Do you think Emmanuel Adebayor ran the length of the bus to stand in front of the gunners?
Too soon?...probably
No chance.Balotelli needs to get out of Italy imo
Wondering if we could work out a loan move with a view to making it permanent for him. Him, Bendtner, Van Persie would do me just fine on a lone front man team especially as Robin and Bendtner both have been used on the wing many times.
In for who?An "insider" at an Arsenal forum I frequent reckons we're in for him. Although the club bandied about in the media seems to be Bayern. Could do a lot worse as a stop gap tbh.
I think it would be a good signing actually, he's been linked with the club on and off for over the years now. Not sure if it will happen though, as it's not like Wenger doesn't seem to already have a lot of faith in our current crop. Feel a bit sorry for Sorensen in all this really, as David James is a good signing for Stoke and will obviously go straight into the team, and Sorensen will end up on the bench having not done a lot wrong. An "insider" at an Arsenal forum I frequent reckons we're in for him. Agreed.Sorensen > James for me. He's just criminally underrated and has been ousted wherever he's gone despite playing well.
Bayern signing a non-German keeper? Not happening. An "insider" at an Arsenal forum I frequent reckons we're in for him. Although the club bandied about in the media seems to be Bayern. Could do a lot worse as a stop gap tbh.
Barnes was a managerial genius, should have been given more time at Celtic. That never happened where I was watching, remember reading about it the next day though
Phew, well done
Ah thank God you're here to show me the error of my ways
Yeah wouldn't mind it, he's not outstanding or anything but he's very reliable and the defence has absolutely zero in confidence in Almunia while Fabianski and Szczesney aren't quite ready for week in week out football at our level yet. Good stop gap and we can send Fabianski on loan once Wojciech gets back from Brentford. Won't cost too much either.I think it would be a good signing actually, he's been linked with the club on and off for over the years now. Almost certainly the latter I would wager. As Gerrard is missing I would guess Kuyt would be put in on the wing.Who's going to start up front for the Reds tomorrow? Kuyt? N'gog? Hoping for the former.
