Would be pretty entertatining but just like the United I have a feeling that Liverpool are bound to win this one, Gerrard will probably score in the last minute or something. Hope I am wrong though.

Ah, you've made my weekend.

We'd drawn at their place and then whoever won were drawn to face Liverpool at home, which was pretty much the dream draw for us (although I hope it never happens again). At half-time I've never known PP to be so down. That second half was just magic. We finished bottom and went down that season but the games against Leeds, Everton & Southampton were amazing.

A few years later, Man Smitteh did the same thing to Tottenham but they only had ten men, still reckon our comeback was better though given the fact that we were a division and a half below Hoddle's boys at the time.

Interesting fact which many of you will remember, Hoddle left Southampton shortly after that and went to Tottenham. Later in 2001, Tottenham held a three goal lead against Man U only to go and lose 5-3. I wonder if any other manager has led two sides to such collapses in such a short space of time.

BFS to undergo angioplasty

From the BBC.

Chunky middle-aged bloke with stressful job has bum ticker non-shocker.

Seriously, not a fan of the man, but hope he makes a full recovery and then decides to retire.

He's pretty much the embodiment of the blame culture Keano was ranting about this week. Cracked me up at the start of the season when his side got bent over by an Arsenal side playing incredible football and he spent the entire post-match interview ranting about a penalty decision that went against them when they were only one goal down.

Hope he gets through it all okay. I don't share Corrin's hatred of the guy.

Amusing as their plight is, you have to wonder if Benitez has killed a black cat or something. Two match-ending injuries in the first twenty minutes. Although Babel has a heart the size of a pea; I mean, sitting down on the pitch? No wonder Gerrard hauled him up. HTFU.
