Well then probably coming United wouldn't be the best thing for him then. Since i'd like to see him develop his game @ RB & with united he would be stuck on the bench for most parts since Ferdinand/Vidic wouldn't be changed about too much unless for injury.Richards isnt really a right back though. It'd be like utilizing Hargreaves at Right Back, because he can. Richards is probably the most promising centre back in England, playing him at right back would be a travesty. He can defend, but United have always utilized the full backs as attacking players, and Richards doesnt offer anything in that department.
Gareth Bale also, not sure if Ramsey is a lefty but they are calling him the next Giggs so i just presumed. But with ENG not having a good enough left-wing player since i dunno & these guys coming through from Wales is pretty irritating TBH.As for talented left footers from Wales. Ramsey (didnt know he was a lefty tbh), Giggs and Speed. 3 in 20 years (Giggs debut was 91, Speeds 89-90 i think). Not the hugest turnout.
Word out inclined to agree. Berbatov then..And we definately need another striker. No doubts about it. We cant just expect Ronaldo to have another magical season. The Rooney/Tevez combination is good, but doesnt produce enough goals. Think a Rooney/Tevez/Another team would give the top man a shed load, especially with Hargreaves/Carrick/Ronaldo playing behind them
Yeah they shouldn't have been in it, though they beat Liverpool in the final, thought that would be some consolation to you. Then again they beat you as well in the semis. Could have been a brutal final, in theoryMilan getting in the European Cup would have been a joke, was a joke when they got in two years ago as well (and then sodding won the thing).
Yeah, was supporting them in the final, absolutely gutted at going out in the semis though, especially as I had some spare time and money at the time of the final, would probably have gone. As it was this year I couldn't.Yeah they shouldn't have been in it, though they beat Liverpool in the final, thought that would be some consolation to you. Same here, probably would've gone to the final. Was absolutely crushing to lose the semi, especially being stood behind the goal watching Milan tap em inYeah, was supporting them in the final, absolutely gutted at going out in the semis though, especially as I had some spare time and money at the time of the final, would probably have gone. I hope Drogba doesn't go to Inter. We don't need him anyway, there is Zlatan Ibramhimovic, a new and improved Adriano (potentially to come back to bite me on the backside), Hernan Crespo, Julio Cruz and Mario Balotelli (he will be a star). Anyway I would rather somebody like David Villa over Drogba. It's confirmed that Allardyce is at Rovers? Dire for Hughes to go to City. Was always the worst former Utd player to go up against as a manager. Just makes it worse now. Should have tried to see how the Chelsea thing would go. Apparently Milan want Drogba and Sheva. One way or another I'n thinking Didier goes to Italy. Either to Mourinho or Ancelotti.
Easy for him to say, given that he's ****ing amazing. I'm sure lesser players aren't complaining that the standard of defending is poor.Torres: Premiership Defenders are Dodgy!
Sure to stir up a few people. Thoughts from those in the know?
Not only lower teams. Been reading through Euro2008 previews lately and every single one of them seems to mention "shoddy defence".In fairness there are a lot of terrible defences in the premiership, though those are in the lower half of the table, which is more than likely to be the case in every league in the world.
Apparently, the first thing Mourinho did when he took over was put Crespo up for sale (alongside Suazo and Stankovic), which is not surprising considering neither of them like each other much. Also, Inter are supposedly cutting Adriano out, too much trouble.I hope Drogba doesn't go to Inter.
