Holloway is the ex-QPR boss with the wacky press conferences isn't he.

Cherno Samba turned into an absolute weapon on CM 01/02. He was right up there with Maxim Tsigalko.

On Tevez and Mascherano, the MSI group that own Corinthians tried to buy out West Ham last year so it is a nice little sweetner for another takeover attempt.

Rossi is a great snare for Newcastle considering Man Utd didn't even want to loan him to the Baggies a few months ago.
Not sure how many starts he'll get, and suggests Taggart has a forward signing to announce.

Amazing transfer i dont quite know how West Ham have done it. It certainly makes things more interesting, they obviously wont be a challenge for the title but they should really be looking for a top 6 and possibly even top 4

Seems like the Tevez and Mascherano deal was offered to AS Milan and AS Roma last week who both rejected it because they were not giving insurances that both players will be around for a considerable amount of time. The deal was then touted to many Premiership clubs (Man Utd, Arsenal) and only West Ham and Portsmouth were interested, Arsenal were interested in Tevez (and were prepared to pay fifteen million) but did not agree with MSI guidelines.

Make of it that what you will.

Look at the post by TT Boy that he quoted...
In my defence West Ham have not and will not confirm how much they actually paid, both players were initially released by Sport Club Corinthians Paulista who MSI run and who both players rights are owned by. It's plainly obvious that West Ham did not pay their reported transfer worth unless MSI will take over West Ham and as Great Birtannia said, this is just the sweetener. MSI did the same at Corinthians by bringing in Tevez and Mascherano.

I wasn't having a go at you, just pointing out to Smith why Marc posted that link.
But yeah the undisclosed information points to something else happening behind the scenes.

The New World Order.

Smaller clubs and West Ham fans should doubtlessly rejoice but if the deal is anything like Mark Viduka’s to Leeds, then West Ham could have some problems (in years to come) and the realistic prospect of no transfer resell.

That's old, from this morning. West Ham's website and MSI website (who links it to the Guardian) both state permanent moves.
Ah k. Essentially if West Ham fail to make top half this season, there's something majorly wrong.
