Yep I knew it, the posing tw*t is filling his boots - I brought him in and made him captain on the Aussie fantasy league, so I might just win on that one with 7 active players after all. Glad I went back to having Lampard as captain on the official Premiership fantasy league.

43 points for me this evening, how did you do piscine?

54 points provisionally for this gameweek, 12 carried over from yesterday so 42 tonight. Lampard contributed 26 (being captain) of them and I assume he'll get another 3*2 from actim.

Henry got 20 for me with him being captain, 13 for lampard, none of my other big players on show tonight unfortunately, but the decent ones contributed a lot so im pleased.

It was just West Brom but the display by Chelsea versus West Brom was impressive. Wright Philips was fast and persistent. Makelele and Lampard were strong. I thought Ession showed a bit of inexperience but did not lack in enthusiasm. Drogba is some one I am not hugely impressed by. Maybe try Crespo more for a while.
