Marc, I don't think Scaly's point was ever that Cole should be dropped - rather a certain right midfielder should.

Anyway, looks like Arsenal are getting Barcelona, which is good.

That in itself is enough to give AC the tie IMO.

I don't know why but the guy just irritates me beyond belief. He's a whinging, diving, egotistical, over-rated, greasy long-haired tart.....:ph34r:

Because I was so complimentary about Villareal wasn't I...

Thought it was kinda funny actually that Pires was supposed to be interested in joining them after the way they behaved on Tuesday - obviously wants to improve his diving technique, presumably learnt all he can from Ljungberg, Reyes etc. and chief poseur's patented knock the ball past the goalkeeper and fall over manoeuvre.

If Beckham were to go out wouldn't Ian Wright's boy get the nod instead?

And didn't Downing miss a fair few months of the season with a knee injury and so therefore couldn't be picked? And what about Rob Green continueally being picked for the England squad despite the fact he plays for Norwich, and the second choice is David James, who plays for Man City, or is he only picked because he used to play for Liverpool?

Funnily enough I saw the Luis Garcia-James Collins incident in the Liverpool and West Ham game and when Collins pushed Garcia, was it me or did Garcia go down as if somebody shot him with a sniper?

What idiots now they could both miss the opportunity of a lifetime and play in the FA Cup. Especially so for Collins then Garcia.
