Off the top of my head some of the older players are:-

D Malcolm (Leics), P DeFreitas (Leics), J Russell (Glouc), S.James (Glam), S Rhodes (Worcs), G.Hick (Worcs), S.Udal (Hamps), Alan Mullally (Hamps)

Umm without looking that's about it :(

Malcolm's retired, and James is broken.
Ok well wasn't a bad guess if just one is wrong.

S.James is hoping to make a comeback this season but will make a final decision sometime this month so he still counts for a few more days at least :D

Fulton, Smith, Symonds, Saggers, Sami, Walker

All proven domestic performers - plus Key & Jones who the jury is still out upon consistency-wise.

Khan, Tredwell & Stiff all have a lot of potential.

I can't see your logic at all...

I am not sure if Worcestershire could stop in division for this season, We got Hall and Hayward but we need a good Bowler and a good Batsman to replace Singh, lets get Kevin Pietersen

Line up

Peters/Kadeer Ali
Solanki
Pietersen
Hick
Smith
Hall
Rhodes/Pipe
Batty
Kabir Ali
Hayward
New Bowler

Backup

Nadeem Malik, Leatherdale, Davies, Khalid

We need two batsman then

Warwickshire are after Gough but what about the so called promising bowlers they have spend a lot of time on
Warren (23), Mees (22), Tahir (20) and Wagg(20) need to get games next year

Warwick Xi could be this

Knight
Wagh
Bell
Troughton
Trott
Brown
Giles
Piper
Hogg
Carter
Gough

Its a weak fast bowling line up even with Darren Gough
micheal vaughan best opener in the world , lmao, where did u get that 1 from ??

I cannot see Kent doing anything thisa year there squad lacks Class
Just like last year when you said we would be relagated in both forms and do nothing in the cups too. :P

Admitly a bad year but we are still in Division 1 in both forms (Only county to hold the record of never being out of the top flight!).

Oh and to top it all of I remember during our bad year, we still destoryed Worcs in the NCL :D

Key - last 3 seasons, averaging over 40 in FC-cricket.
Sure, jury still out on consistency like that.
Jones that's fair enough as he's had 2\3s of a sensational season and 1\3 of a very poor season and barely a thing besides.
Khan, Tredwell & Stiff all have a lot of potential.
Don't know a thing about Stiff but I don't think Khan or Tredwell have much potential.
No success for 3 and 2 seasons now. Khan hopelessly wayward. Tredwell a fingerspinner and no more.

James is broken.
And it's a crying shame, because he's a very good batsman and a thoroughly good guy who takes his cricket seriously and is a model example to anyone who needs one.
It would be terrible if he were to be forced-out of the game like this. I have been hoping against hope since the start of last season that he recovers. So far not too bad.

Barnett played for Shropshire last season.
Sorry, getting 2002 and 2003 mixed-up.
Still, I have no doubt he could have played and contributed to Gloucs' success if he'd been offered the chance.

In spite of the fact he seemed to score the majority of his runs by running it down to third man?

Stiff

Kent newcomer David Stiff helped England get their warm-up programme for the Under 19 World Cup in Bangladesh off to a winning start when they recorded a 58 run victory over Malaysia in Kuala Lumpar earlier today.

In reply, Malaysia lost wickets at regular intervals as Kent paceman Stiff recorded the impressive figures of 7-2-9-2.

Khan / Treadwell

Hopelessly Wayward... you are talking about Khan here aren't you  - He is not hopelessly wayward the guy took 70+ wickets in his first full season and backed that up with 50+ last season. He has a Econ of just over 4 which isn't that bad and a S/R of the mid 40's.

A.Sheriyar however last season was hopelessy rubbish, could be confusing them.

Treadwell has great potential but I agree he still has development to go, he has good matches and then bad matches... but I would still take him as one of the better spinners in the country.
