More importantly, is he batting?Just announced that Wood isn't bowling for the rest of the match, Lawrence-Root-Brooks, it's time.

Yes, Stokes won’t be back until Pakistan at the earliest, but Stone will come in for Wood in the likely event of him not playing the second TestIs Stokes expected to return for the second test then? Last I'd seen he was out for the summer.
All on these two really, because there’s not much batting to come at allSteve Harmison ringing the bell to start play, I didn't realise he played for Lancashire, I thought he played for Durham, good to see him again though.
It would also be good to see Sri Lanka set England a challenging target by adding a couple of hundred runs today, even one hundred would be good.
Going into this innings, only Kusal Mendis of the Sri Lanka top 7 didn’t average 40!Mentioned it before and still have no idea why Kamindu is batting so low as he looks to be a player of quality
Knew there was a reason but he looks to be the future of SL battingGoing into this innings, only Kusal Mendis of the Sri Lanka top 7 didn’t average 40!
He's not a top order player , he's always been comfortable in the no.5 & 6 position domestically but right now those spots are held by Chandimal and the captain DDS who have close to 30 Test hundreds between them ..Mentioned it before and still have no idea why Kamindu is batting so low as he looks to be a player of quality
Eh? They're at three seamers after one got injured after day 3, they went in with four (against popular opinion in this thread)Does any Englishman kinda hope we lose this, going in with three seam bowlers, when two are so injury prone is just arrogant, and Mendis is great to watch.
I would also add the followingDoes any Englishman kinda hope we lose this, going in with three seam bowlers, when two are so injury prone is just arrogant, and Mendis is great to watch.
Brook and Voges would be two recent ones to compareHis average is back over 100 now in Test cricket , I wonder what's the most amount of test matches a batsmen has had an average of 100+ before it dipping, excluding the Don of course.
Yeah ignore me I'm hungover.....Eh? They're at three seamers after one got injured after day 3, they went in with four (against popular opinion in this thread)
