I would take back every bad thing I have said about him if he performs like this more often. I slagged him off as he was only bowling 80mph spells when he was meant to be the quick bowler in the side.Looks a miles better player now that his pace is up again. Another cracking nut!
Hard hands all around, but all credit to Wood. He's on track for a big haul here.Come on. They're facing a hostile spell from a guy who's also right on the button. The only bad shot was from Braithwaite, the rest have been absolutely blasted out.
I feel like we're watching different games. You'll have to explain what's bad, in any way, about lifters like both Chase and Hetmeyer got.It was pretty bad but not a ball you want first up. Really lifted.
Try facing 90+ and playing with soft hands.Hard hands all around, but all credit to Wood. He's on track for a big haul here.
Bad shot. A lifter is the best sight on a cricket field.I feel like we're watching different games. You'll have to explain what's bad, in any way, about lifters like both Chase and Hetmeyer got.
Does this ground have a magical ability to awaken demonic powers in tearaway quicksLast year Gabriel took 13 on this ground.
This year, Wood's heading for at least a 10-fer
Agreed, it was frustrating beyond belief with how pedestrian he was after his first injury since getting into the team. We need Root to really have his head on properly and not overbowl him like hoe he likes to leave Jimmy and Broad on forever.I would take back every bad thing I have said about him if he performs like this more often. I slagged him off as he was only bowling 80mph spells when he was meant to be the quick bowler in the side.
Nah. Just the curse of Darren SammyDoes this ground have a magical ability to awaken demonic powers in tearaway quicks
Agreed.Better than dustbowls, imho
On what basis did they need 85?83 overs is fine; they wouldn't be in any kind of trouble with the overrates. Without any DRS use at all, they needed to bowl just 85 overs.
