I've always thought he looks better when batting positively. I remember him making an excellent 80 odd in Australia where he scored quickly when everyone else was struggling.

We'd probably have been 240 all out with Broad/Anderson in the side over Woakes/Overton.

Indeed I feel like this game is still evenly matched and given how England have bowled that is a travesty.

Genuinely though, England have bowled terribly. They've literally strangled one wicket and benefited from two terrible shots. For me this is worse than us getting bowled out for nothing against Bumrah and Shami and Nortje and Rabada. At least that was world class bowling on a tricky surface.
