*Official* England in West Indies 2022

Getting kinda bored of the Broad/Anderson chat.

We won exactly 0/3 series' with those two in the side in the West Indies.
We'd probably have been 240 all out with Broad/Anderson in the side over Woakes/Overton.

Not saying I agree with the selection but please give it a rest.
Nah, it's obviously going to be a discussion point, it was made so by the selectors. It's pretty major as an English cricketing topic, dumping two of our best ever bowlers for this. Hey if they recall them in the Summer the fuss maybe forgotten.

Might as well I suppose no matter how terrible a review it was, not like there have been many closer shouts. Root to bowl soon I imagine.

Lol 2 dreadful deliveries and shots now......

We are very capable of letting England get a big lead even bowling terribly like this.

I was thinking that it's OK for the West Indies because they wouldn't have expected too much from the openers anyway. Then I looked at the rest of their batting and... oh, oh no.
At least England have Root and to a lesser extent Stokes. We have a team of Zak Crawley's and Dan Lawrences...

I think I've seen enough of England over the years not to discount the possibility of some bloke I've never heard of making runs against us.

Anyway, 3 down.

Genuinely though, England have bowled terribly. They've literally strangled one wicket and benefited from two terrible shots. For me this is worse than us getting bowled out for nothing against Bumrah and Shami and Nortje and Rabada. At least that was world class bowling on a tricky surface.

Yes, I'm sure you're right.
