And I'm unlucky that there aren't any Marsh-Lillee's anymore.

Good bowling by Maharoof, it has to be said. Dismissed some qualities batsman with good bowling, and fortunately didn't have his figures wrecked by bowling at the death when batsman are trying to get after him. I've said it before and I'll say it again, he's a damn good ODI player. Quality bowler and capable batsman when he needs to tonk it. Not too many positives for England, apart from Bopara being able to stay calm while his team collapsed around him.

Cook and Mustard both played decent innings, just a shame neither could push on and make a bigger score. Broad bowled quite well, before Maharoof took to him at the end of the innings.

Mustard yet again gets a start and then throws it away. As I asked before, when will the selectors learn and get this dunce out the team?
Haha, he's scoring twice as fast as Prior though, surely that's a positive.

I was suggesting there was something of a chance our resident Durhamophile would miss the irony in your comment TBH.

Either way - probably just needless &%$£-stirring on my part TBH, in the opinion of many.

Not if England get bowled out in 35 overs!

Anyway, as was with the last comment of that nature I made, it was very much satirical.
I know it was just a bit of a piss-take. Still, it's not his fault if the rest of his team fold meekly around him.

Pretty good there for SL Maharoof doing the perfect job this is what Sri Lankan fans hoping he will do every game scoring 20 and picking wickets, unfortunatly he tends to be too predictable on quality pitches too often.Hope with time he will improve.

tidy Batting performance but i cetainly prefer Lokurachi over Mubarak we dont need any passengers in the eleven.

Next game will be sanaths 400 one day international (not all of them for SL) lets hope for another big day. As for the crowd SL has more fans outside SL than in SL obviously at home people have a few other pressing issues to take care over like how to feed their families, sad reality of that part of the world.

Trvia question time.

What do Damien Fleming, M Prabhakar, Paul Collingwood, Scott Styris, Aaqib Javed, PS de Villiers, DNT Zoysa and M Dillon have in common.

On second thoughts, this question won't be as suprising as I would of thought.

Nah, definitely not that, Styris has only ever taken a sole 3-for against them. :p

Don't have a clue though TBH, there are two trivia threads you'd probably get loads more responses with that than this hardly-buzzing thread though gb.

Thats what I thought when I got the other names. My initial plan was that Collingwood would be the odd man out, but with the names he is alongside, it doesn't appear that way.
