Process of elimination, really. Had Morrissey, Costello, David McComb, Terry Hall, Johnny Cash (who was removed by the management!!!) Jim Morrison & Mark Eitzel at various times; it's Mac the Mouth's turn. Plus I was listening to their "best of" (or one of them; Ballyhoo FTR) on the drive home the other day and my white flag had run its course.

It looked that way for a while - after Bell gave it away, there was a spell of 4 overs without a run being scored, and another wicket then would have really put England in Adelaide mode. As it is, KP & Collingwood came through it pretty well.Very Adelaide like scenario here. Although England are in a worse position than they were at Adelaide...
