500 total would be excellent but to get a 200 lead would do the job, need a few 30's and 20's from the rest.

Id be really dissapointed if England mess this up and get bowled out tonight. They don't want to be chasing 150 on the last day particularly.

****ing usesless. all these easy runs on offer and they're ****ing up like the whole winter. Im betting on Sri Lanka to win this.

Herath has picked up four wickets for no reason again. Top bowler, easily the best in his team.

Not bothered by Bres. Would be too easy to score runs now.

For England to be chasing that, SL need to score near enough 300 on a pitch that is beginning to do things against the best attack in the world.

Wat?

If England make even 30 more runs, they'll still be clear favourites looking at the amount of turn and variable bounce in this pitch.
yes im not really backing sri lanka to win. course england are favourites. it's just annoying when your in such a good spot and the opposition are so down to then let them back into the match with even a chance of saving the game.

im only following on the radio and cricinfo at present but whats to say sangakkara or jayawardene get 150. If we could have batted until lunch or so tomorrow we'd also only of have to bowled 2 sessions in the day which means the bowling gets less knackered.

We should be fine but why open the door to Sri Lanka to give them any chance of getting a draw. Grind them into the dust when they're down.

KP's knock today reminded me a lot of the one he did against SL in England in 2006 at Edgbaston where he hit 142(157).

You can see every time the batsman tries to put a bit of power in the shot he miss hits it, these two though are doing the right thing knocking it around, steadily building that lead.
