England really need to simply try to bat today and all of tomorrow without worrying too much about run-rate.

Having said that it should be easier to keep the score ticking over with a left/right combination.

Good day for us. Of course, counting no chickens as we are only a wicket away from a collapse on recent form, but a well set Cook alongside Trott is something that always gives me confidence.

Reading the first part of the post I thought GIMH was anti-jinxing England.

But he has jinxed them now :p

Still think we are only one wicket away from a collapse, problem is getting through either one of them. Both look set for a grind tomorrow.
Still think any lead up to ~100 should be manageable for SL in the 3rd innings.
