This should have been a 'win the toss and control the game' situation. The pitch is flat but already shows some signs of spin - which should hugely benefit the team batting first.
But England have bowled very well.
SL seem to have quite a long tail - could use one of these two out soon then,......
And re Steyn/Philanmder v Anderson/Broad
Monobrow and Britsa would rather enjoy bowling against a weak NZ batting line up on thise pitches I reckon........
