Nah, it doesn't actually matter if you lose wickets after the rain delay. After it sets you a new target, that's your target.True. However if one more wicket goes down the target then goes out of reach. So it would have been a tough ask.
If they rain came when it did but didn't stay long and the chase was rescheduled to 43 overs (so, another 9.3) then SA would've won if they finished on 372/9. If it didn't rain at all until after 43 overs and they found themselves at 372/9 they would've lost, though. Different things.
